The AgriSmart application was developed for the Punjab Public Management Reform Programme (PPMRP) to help streamline the tasks of agriculture extension workers within the provincial government. This application has created a digital database that includes: (1) farmer advisory services, (2) plant clinics, 3) crop reporting, (4) pest scouting and warnings, (5) farmer training sessions, (6) monitoring of agricultural inputs, (7) soil sampling and testing, (8) fertilizer monitoring and testing and (9) research trials.
