Rice Crop Manager Advisory Services (RCMAS) is a web and mobile app based digital agriculture solution for improved crop and farm data management. It provides farmers with information geared towards increasing productivity and profitability of rice farming through targeted integrated nutrient and crop management. It uses digital technology to help and aid farmers with site-specific crop and nutrient management recommendations for their rice fields. The RCMAS solution integrates agricultural production through recommended fertilizer application rates in print or through text messages straight to their mobile phones. RCMAS has been developed by Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agricultural Research (DA-BAR) in collaboration with International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) and Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice).
