Right Haat
Bangladesh
Right Haat is a mobile app and web based learning and sharing platform where farmers share their aquaculture related problems and seek solutions from experts and other farmers. It's a knowledge sharing digital platform helps in availability of good quality fish fry and fingerlings. Right Kind’s fieldteam collects orders from farmers, especially smallholderfarmers with smaller demand, and aggregates them. These fish fry and fingerlings are then procured in bulk from renowned hatcheries that have worked with WorldFish in the past and then transported in a pickup truck or a microbus closer to farmers’ locations. This is of great advantage to smallholder farmers, who otherwise would have had to order from a nearby nursery or hatchery and end up with varying quality fish fry and fingerlings.
