The Farm2Go application is WFP’s digital agriculture solution for farmer cooperatives to collect real-time digital data from smallholder farmers and to facilitate the connection between smallholder farmers, aggregators and traders. The app has multiple functionalities including, but not limited to: digitizing data records, input ordering, accessing finance and SMS communication. The platform has been piloted in four countries – the Philippines (in Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM)), Kenya, Mozambique, Rwanda and Bangladesh. Farm2Go creates a digital marketplace that connects agriculture cooperatives to local buyers. WFP is piloting Farm2Go with 15 cooperatives in Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur.
