Jiggyasha 7676 is a call center based farmer advisory service. Farmers can ask agriculture or livestock related questions which are answered by call center agents based on a database of agriculture issues database. The call agents are supplied with a database of answers to farmers' questions. In the event they do not know an answer to a question, they have a list of experts they can call, and then ring the caller back with the answer. Applies to crops, livestock, pisciculture. Calls cost 2 BDT per minute. The agro IVR and call center service now partners with Grameenphone and Robi, whose customers dial in through their respective number.
