The goal is to connect input suppliers to the digital platform using a cashless transaction system. The platform anticipates farmers’ needs (such as seeds, pesticides and tractors) and ensures timely delivery, allowing farmers to focus on farming. This reduces stress and hassle, significantly improving harvest outcomes. Agribuddy’s extensive farmer network increases revenue, and in the future, all transactions will be conducted on the blockchain, enhancing traceability. The platform’s key capabilities include: (1) Facilitating timely access to essential inputs required by farmers in the value chain, (2) Utilizing “buddies” as the primary data collectors and mentors, guiding farmers in using the digital platform and (3) Each buddy manages up to 50 farmers and earns a commission throughout the farming lifecycle.
