Sayuru

Sayuru is a coastal early-warning system with a hotline (828), website and Facebook page. Dialog started it between 2019 and 2020 and provides information on weather forecasts. The target group is one-day fishermen using smaller boats. TV screens are installed in fishing harbours and a free SMS service runs for registered users through which information is disseminated, in addition to the hotline and Facebook page. NARA also provides the fishing ground (forecast) information to be shared via the TVs and Facebook page.
