Canned Fish Online Marketing System

TESS has its own online marketing system to source small fish for the canning process. In order to move away from the old system where the fishermen would call the company at 5.00am every morning to negotiate price based on catch, TESS decided to implement a SMS system. The fishermen have been requested to send a SMS with the price, fish load number, catch, weight details etc. so that when it is unloaded at TESS factory/centre all the details can be checked and verified. However, there are some limitations, where for instance the ice may be included in weight, some fishermen are not familiar with SMS and some don't have bank accounts for payment transfers.
