As part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, Vive Culture undertook the “Vive Cacao Forest Project” in collaboration with the Global Peace Foundation Malaysia. The indigenous people of Muadzam Shah, Pahang, are part of this project. They are given cacao seedlings, education, and training on how to farm cacao. Vive Culture will purchase the crop at a fair trade price. The inspiration behind this endeavor is to create community empowerment and, at the same time, contribute to local economic development.
