Agricultural Market Information System (AMIS)

The Agricultural Market Information System (AMIS) is a web and mobile app based digital platform which has been developed by the Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives (DAMC) within the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. The commodity prices are collected weekly in average on 26 markets accross Bhutan.The AMIS also hosts commodity prices of 4 auction markets, where information is collected daily by the Food Corporation of Bhutan Limited (FCBL). This platform is funded by the European Union (EU) under EU-Bhutan trade support project and being implemented and managed by ITC, India and under it, this AMIS platform has been implemented by SBC4D, France.
